Family with Young Children
Hotel was fairly nice. It could have been a little cleaner and the sheet could have been tucked under on the bed. Restaurant was alright. It was nice to overlook the falls.

Solo Traveler
From the entrance to the bathroom everything about this hotel was gorgeous. The staff was exceptional, and the Sunday brunch was absolutely incredible. The room was spacious and well decorated. I have stayed here before and the rooms are usually very nice but the new renovations make them very comfortable. The beds and linens are comfy. The staff are friendly enough but sometimes just not real helpful. ...read more

Family with Young Children
Me, my family and other relatives stayed there for mother's day and the mother's day banquet. Everything was great. We had a great time there. In one of the rooms there was malfunction with one of the door locks and the facilities person was at the room in about 2 minutes after placing the call. Traveling as Couple
Overall the Hotel is in a great location and is neat and clean. The pool had no attendant and many young children were out of control. They stuck us next to an elevator which was running up and down and noisy at all hours of the night. Younger adults or older kids were running up and down the halls and yelling Mother F which woke me from a sound sleep at 2:30 in the morning. We were very pleased with our visit. The staff was very friendly and the room attractive and comfortable. The pool is very nice with long hours of operation. The setting is very beautiful.
